[More trouble for Justice Chandrachud] Petitioner filed fresh application for recall of the order and rehearing the writ as his written arguments and case laws were not considered and writ is dismissed by a non reasoned cryptic order, which is against the Supreme Courts own laws.
P etitioner further said that the objection by Justice Ravindra Bhat was already overruled and against the Constitution Bench judgment in Justice Karnan’s case. P etitioner relied upon Supreme Court’s Constitution Bench judgments and asked for deciding the case as per written arguments by the new Bench other than CJI U. U. Lalit as the order is vitiated due to a conflict of interest by Justice Lalit, who himself has recommended Justice D. Y. Chandrachud as his successor.
