[Bar Council of India] ₹ 100 Crores notice of defamation, Contempt & perjury issued to Adv. Manan Kumar Mishra Chairman of Bar Council of India.
Indian Bar Association also condemned Manan Mishra for his sycophant behavior and his attempt to interfere with the jurisdiction of Hon’ble President of India & Chief Justice of India.
Advocate for R.K. Pathan asked
Manan Kumar Mishra to:
(a) Forthwith
withdraw the said letter.
(b) Publish
an apology in all print & electronic media.
(c) Pay
compensation of ₹ 100 Crore by way of Demand Draft (D.D), within 3 days
of receipt of this notice.
(d) Refrain
from such unlawful activities forthwith.
(e) Provide the proof of authorization given by all citizen of India and all the members of Indian Bar, authorizing you to make statement on their behalf that they are having complete faith in Justice D.Y. Chandrachud.
Infact, R.K. Pathan, who is President of Supreme Court & High Court Litigants’ Association has filed a Complaint before Hon'ble President of India against Justice D.Y. Chandrachud. Said 165 pages Complaint is supported by proofs and under consideration by the competent authority including Hon'ble Chief Justice of India. In an earlier case filed in December 2021, Shri Rashid Khan Pathan got deemed Sanction from Hon’ble President of India to prosecute Justice D.Y. Chandrachud. But Adv. Manan Kumar Mishra published a letter on 08.10.2022 declaring that Justice D.Y. Chandrachud is innocent & Complaint against him is frivolous. It is a case of interference in the jurisdiction of the Competent Authority by Adv. Mannan Mishra and an attempt to prejudice the enquiry.
