Misleading news regarding mask & vaccine. Legal notice issued to Editor & Reporter of Navbharat Times.

Legal Notice for action under section 52, 341, 342, 409, 109, 304-A, 115, 302 of the IPC and section 2 (b) (c), 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act 1971 is issued to the editor of Navbharat Times Shri Sundarchand Thakur and reporter Shri. Pankaj Pande for publishing false and misleading news to promote booster doses of vaccines and to promote mask when the scientific data and government record shows that both are not safe and having death causing side effects.

Already a PIL filed by Feroze Mithiborwalla is pending in the Bombay High Court exposing the death causing side effects of vaccine and mask. The Govt of India also admitted that the vaccine is having side effect of death. Around 21 European Countries banned Covishield vaccine because of blood clotting and death. In the PIL filed by Feroze Mithiborwalla the High Court has asked all the respondents including Chief Minister and others to file reply on each point including return of fine unlawfully collected from the citizen for not wearing a mask.

The reply given by Government of India also suggests that the healthy people should not wear mask and there is no evidence that mask gives protection from infection. In fact, virus’s size is much smaller than mask’s pore size and lacs of virus can easily pass through a mask.

The research also proved that the mask lowers the oxygen level and immunity. It increases the chances of infection from covid-19 and other diseases and death.

Despite the knowledge of pendency of the said petition the editor and reporter of Navbharat Times are publishing conspiracy theories and false narratives to promote the booster doses and masks and pushing the public in danger zone. Which ultimately resulting in their death and other serious side effects. The articles/news/editorials are against the scientific evidences and facts. They are also unlawful.
