Already a PIL filed by Feroze Mithiborwalla is pending in the Bombay High Court exposing the death causing side effects of vaccine and mask. The Govt of India also admitted that the vaccine is having side effect of death. Around 21 European Countries banned Covishield vaccine because of blood clotting and death. Public Interest Litigation cum Contempt petition filed against C.M. Uddhav Thackeray, Home minister Dilip Walse Patil, Editor Sanjay Raut and Ors.[PIL(St.) 9849/2022] Indian bar Association files a contempt petition for politically motivated false and scandalous allegations against the Judges of the Bombay High Court, Supreme Court and all Subordinate Courts in the State. Earlier Cabinet Minister Swaroop Singh Naik & Chief Secretary Ashok Khot were sentenced to one month jail by the Supreme Court under Contempt. Chief Minister P.C. Sen was also held guilty under contempt by the High Court for giving speech and making scandalous allegations against Judges. Rahul Gandhi also tendered apology in a contempt petition against him. Last year Supreme Court had issued contempt notice to Maharashtra’s Chief Secretary for pressurizing Arnab Goswami to withdraw petition from the Supreme Court. Samna’s Editor Smt. Judgment of Madras High Court on vaccination is per-incuriam and in Contempt of Supreme Court decision in  Common Cause’s case (2018) 5 SCC 1. 1.        That the Madras High Court Judge Shri. D. Krishna Kumar in  W.P. No. 3288 of 2022 between Dr. Raj Kumar & Ors. Vs. The Union of India,  passed a judgment on  22.02.2022 , where it is observed as under; “10.  Even though the writ petitioners are so confident being Doctors of Ayurveda, no material has been placed before this court to accept the  explanation of the petitioners for not being vaccinated for the reason as stated by them.  Therefore,   this court is of the view that the petitioners have to seek appropriate remedy before the competent authority by satisfying the authorities   with appropriate explanation for not getting vaccinated as directed by the Government .
